BBB complaints remain flat for Antennas Direct
Complaints have remained zero since company's inception

May 28, 2008: ST. LOUIS - Antennas Direct announced the number of customer
complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau against the company have remained
flat in recent months - at zero. This announcement comes on the heels of news that
BBB complaints against Charter Communications Corp. have lessened in recent months
-- to 80 complaints per month down from 100. Charter complaints ranged from poor
service and missed appointments to reception and billing problems.

Antennas Direct President Richard Schneider believes complaints against his company
have remained zero because Antennas Direct offers cable subscribers a way to receive
high-quality, reliable television programming and more HD channels with no monthly
fee.

"We hear complaints about cable providers all the time. Once our customers begin
using our antennas, they are relieved to find they can get a better picture and
reception and more HD channels for free by using one of our antennas," he said.

Antennas Direct manufactures television antennas designed specifically for digital
and HD television. After the nationwide switch to digital broadcasting on Feb. 17,
2009, millions of Americans who still use analog televisions will lose picture
unless they either know what equipment to buy or they subscribe to cable or
satellite service.

For those looking for an alternative to the high cost and headaches from subscribing
to cable or satellite service, consumers will need to purchase a converter box and
digital antenna or a brand-new HDTV-ready television set in order to receive
programming after the transition.

"Antennas Direct doesn't just sell digital antennas, we continually educate the
public regarding the type of antenna they need, how to install it and any other
issues they may have with their television reception," Schneider said.

Antennas Direct provides customers with a 90-day, no-fault guarantee on all Antennas
Direct antennas and a lifetime warranty on defects in materials or workmanship.
